This year the national park centre "House of the Mountains" celebrates the 40th anniversary of Berchtesgaden National Park.

As every year, Berchtesgaden National Park celebrates the "House of the Mountains" festival. But this year is a little bit different than the last years...
Because of our 40th anniversary you can gain insight behind the scences of the national park. You can look over the shoulders of researchers, ranger and foresters. This is going to be exciting!
There will be many attractions at the "House of the Mountains" and educational centre to take part: discovering nature with all senses in the educational centre, face painting, petting animals, Immanuel Immergrün with his mobile garden, scientific lectures and much more.
