The association of Austrian Nature Park is the umbrella organisation of the 48 nature parks in Austria
Aims and activities
The nature parks pursue goals in four areas of equal value: nature and landscape protection, education for sustainable development, nature-friendly recreation and sustainable regional development.
The tasks of the association are joint marketing, training and qualification, further development of the naturpark idea.
